After years of planning and government approvals, sales at Castle & Cooke’s new master-planned community in Central O‘ahu have officially begun. Hawai‘i’s first “surban” community, Koa Ridge combines all the conveniences of city living with the comforts and wide-open spaces of a beautiful suburban neighborhood. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

When you live at Koa Ridge, you’ll feel like you are part of a much larger ‘ohana. Sales of the first neighborhood of homes at Koa Ridge officially began July 12. Six contemporary floor plan designs are now available and range in size from 1,329 to 2,228 square feet of living area. These three- and four-bedroom detached single-family condominium homes provide maximum flexibility for homeowners, with options to add a fifth or sixth bedroom, an extra family room, or even a den that can serve as the perfect home office for remote work or distance learning. After all, sometimes the safest place to be is right at home.

Designed to enhance the overall streetscapes at Koa Ridge, and to appeal to a wide range of homebuyer tastes, Nanea homes come in three unique architectural styles that include Contemporary, Hawaiian Plantation and Craftsman. There’s truly something for everyone. Covered front entries, covered l nai and two-car enclosed garages are standard features in all six Nanea floor plans.

The first two phases of sales have already begun with Nanea at Koa Ridge Phase I and Phase II, which include 37 detached single-family condominiums starting from the high $800,000s (FS).
