After years of planning and government approvals, sales at Castle & Cooke’s new master-planned community in Central O‘ahu have officially begun. Hawai‘i’s first “surban” community, Koa Ridge combines all the conveniences of city living with the comforts and wide-open spaces of a beautiful suburban neighborhood. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

When you live at Koa Ridge, you’ll feel like you are part of a much larger ‘ohana. At its core, you’ll find the Village and Koa Ridge Gateway alive with sidewalk cafés, retail shops, restaurants and services. Sales of the first neighborhood of homes at Koa Ridge officially began July 12. Six contemporary floor plan designs are now available and range in size from 1,329 to 2,228 square feet of living area. These three- and four-bedroom detached single-family condominium homes provide maximum flexibility for homeowners, with options to add a fifth or sixth bedroom, an extra family room, or even a den that can serve as the perfect home office for remote work or distance learning. After all, sometimes the safest place to be is right at home.

Designed to enhance the overall streetscapes at Koa Ridge, and to appeal to a wide range of homebuyer tastes, Nanea homes come in three unique architectural styles that include Contemporary, Hawaiian Plantation and Craftsman. There’s truly something for everyone. Covered front entries, covered l nai and two-car enclosed garages are standard features in all six Nanea floor plans.

On the interior, you’ll find luxury vinyl plank flooring in all first-floor living and kitchen areas, split-system air-conditioning throughout, 9-foot vaulted ceilings in certain living areas, stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops and much more. Located off of Ka Uka Boulevard, between Waipi‘o and Mililani, the mixed-use, master-planned community of Koa Ridge will ultimately offer 3,500 new residential homes for Hawai‘i families, including single-family, multi-family, senior and over 1,000 affordable homes.

The first two phases of sales have already begun with Nanea at Koa Ridge Phase I and Phase II, which include 37 detached single-family condominiums starting from the high $800,000s (FS).
